We offer an assortment of chain and charm styles in 14 karat gold, 14k gold fill, as well as sterling silver. We constantly refresh our chain and charm selection, and new styles are added weekly.

We require a $40 deposit for every permanent jewelry appointment, this deposit will be applied to the total on the day of your permanent jewelry appointment.

Your deposit assures us we have enough staff on hand to give you the attention you deserve. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable. You may choose to apply your booking deposit towards a different appointment if you are able to reschedule your appointment.

  • I understand that I should plan to arrive early as we might not be able to accommodate a late arrival, so please plan for traffic and parking, especially during our busy summer season.
  • I understand that my booking deposit is non-refundable and that it will be applied towards my total on the day of my permanent jewelry appointment.
  • I understand that discounts of any kind may not be used towards the permanent jewelry experience due to the fact that it is a service, in addition to a physical product.
  • I have voluntarily elected to undergo this appointment. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with welding permanent jewelry. These risks are rare but I agree to release Stefanie Wolf Designs and its employees from any liability for any harm, discomfort or injury that may occur during the welding process. I acknowledge that any injury or harm that results is solely my responsibility.
  • Our permanent jewelry technicians employ a quality inspection after welding to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your permanent jewelry breaks within 48 hours we will reweld at no charge. Do not lose your chain, we can't replace lost chains.
  • We cannot offer replacements, refunds or discounts to replace lost chains, due to the personal nature of the wearer’s lifestyle and other external factors that are out of our control.
  • Due to the custom nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or refunds on permanent jewelry chains or charms.
  • With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld anyone age 12 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
